Meet Our Apostles

Apostle Johnnie Foster was born in Portsmouth, Virginia and nurtured in Chesapeake, Virginia. He currently serves as Founder and Senior Pastor of The Overflow Kingdom Ministries. He is the son of Johnnie Taylor and Linda Brown. Apostle Johnnie is married to Apostle Tonia Foster, formerly Suggs and they have two children.

As a young man he had many positive role models in his life but none as influential as his mother. Raised in a single parented home he learned the importance of hard work. Seeing the struggles his mother endured he graduated high school and joined the United States Air Force.

Military duty took the Foster’s all over the world. While stationed at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan he received his call to ministry. They matured spiritually under Apostle Richard Brown III and Evangelist Clara Brown. It was while stationed at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico God called Apostle Johnnie to begin laying the foundation of what would become Restoration Place Church. Also in this process God re-connected the Foster’s with Bishop Mark and Apostle Brenda Williams of New Life Deliverance Temple Church in Navarre, Florida.

Bishop Mark Williams and Apostle Brenda Williams licensed him in 2010. God and the Foster’s opened the doors to Restoration Place Church in 2011. A place where God is restoring people to a right relationship with Him. Apostle Foster is dedicated to the work of God and devoted to his family. He desires to see the world changed through people of God fulfilling the Great Commission. In February 2018 he was affirmed an Apostle of our Lord and Savior Jesus. Apostle Foster exemplifies Restoration Place Church’s mission of “equipping the saints for intensified works of ministry.“

Apostle Tonia Foster was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She currently serves as the Co-Founder and Apostle of The Overflow Kingdom Ministries. She is the daughter of James and Rose Suggs. Apostle Tonia is the wife of Apostle Johnnie Foster and they have two children.

Growing up as a military child she was well prepared for the many moves associated with military life. A woman dedicated to her family made many sacrifices to follow her husband around the world. Pastor Foster received her calling while stationed with her husband at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. She immediately surrendered her will to follow the Lord. Her maturing process was escalated with the various trials she encountered while stationed at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. These challenges paved the way for a compassionate heart for the people of God. While at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico she alongside her husband began laying the framework of what would become Restoration Place Church. Apostle Foster was licensed to preach the gospel in 2010 under the tutelage of Bishop Mark and Apostle Brenda Williams of New Life Deliverance Temple Church in Navarre, Florida. In February 2018 she was affirmed as an Apostle of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

She has served the Lord faithfully as Praise and Worship leader, choir member, Intercessor, finance ministry, hospitality and children’s church. Apostle Foster is dedicated to the service of God and serving the people of God. Having a strong prophetic gifting she is committed to seeing the people of God operating in a spirit of unity and maturing in the things of God.
